About the assignment We are looking for an administrator for our client in Gävle for a consulting assignment that starts as soon as possible and lasts for 6 months. There is a possibility of extension of the assignment period. The position is full-time, except during vacation periods, and the work takes place at the client's premises in central Gävle; remote work is not possible. Your tasks

• Independent work based on guidelines and practices

• Draft proposals, such as decision support

• Plan and follow up on cases

• Investigate, review, and process cases, as well as make decisions on simpler cases

• Analyze and evaluate tasks and projects

• Work of an investigative and/or coordinating nature

• Report investigation results and provide recommendations for decisions

• Implement and follow up on activities

• Office service/internal service work

• Process reports of issues in the premises and report to the property manager

• Handling of mail and packages including registered mail

• Control access and receive visitors at the reception

• Document actions taken

Your qualifications

• University degree or equivalent education in the relevant field and at least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent

• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Meritorious 

• Experience with the case management system Servicenow

• Experience working with invoice management, including invoice review
